BRS MLA Muthireddy seeks help from High Court

HYDERABAD: BRS Jangaon MLA Muthireddy Yadagiri Reddy approached the Telangana High Court complaining that his daughter Tulja Bhavani Reddy and son-in-law P. Rahul Reddy were obstructing him in performing his official duties as MLA.

He submitted that he had lodged a complaint with the police to either restrain them or take necessary action against them in accordance with the law but they had not responded.

Yadagiri Reddy requested the court to direct the police of Jangaon and Cherial to take action against his daughter and son-in-law.

Justice C.V. Bhaskar Reddy directed the police of Jangaon and Cherial to take appropriate action based on the representation or complaint of Yadagiri Reddy.

The court issued notice to the home principal secretary, the DGP, and DCPs of Jangaon and Siddipet apart from Tulja Bhavani and Rahul Reddy and adjourned the case to July 25.

Tulja Bhavani has embarked on a campaign alleging that her father had grabbed her land and that he had also encroached on public property.
