HC Adjourns Hearing on Amaravati ORR Case Against Narayana to Nov 15
Vijayawada: The Andhra Pradesh High Court has adjourned to November 15 the hearing on former minister P. Narayana’s plea for quashing the AP CID’s case and for sanction of anticipatory bail to him.
The court on Wednesday held a hearing on the plea of the former minister to quash the case booked against him pertaining to anomalies in alignment of the Amaravati Outer Ring Road and for anticipatory bail in the same case.
As the CID’s counsel sought more time to present its arguments, the court adjourned the case.
In another development, the court held a hearing on the CID’s petition urging the court to reopen the assigned lands case and posted its next hearing to November 10.
