Vijayawada: Andhra Pradesh Advocates Joint Action Committee (JAC) condemned the transfer of two High Court judges by the Supreme Court Collegium and sought the support of all Bar Associations in the state.
The JAC called for a general body meeting on the High Court premises on
Wednesday and passed a resolution condemning the transfer of two judges
recently. They demanded withdrawal of the Collegium’s proposal to transfer
the two judges.
The JAC also sent letters to the President, Chief Justice of India, AP
Governor, Union minister for law and justice and to the home minister
seeking their intervention.
