Anantapur: JNTU Anantapur is inviting applications for the Industrial Ph. D that it is starting for those working in industry, state and central government organisations, scientists, researchers and public servants, including MPs, MLAs and MLCs.
The research can be done either full time or part time.
JNTU-A vice chancellor Prof. G. Ranga Janardhana and Admissions director Prof. R. Kiranmayi said the applicants should have secured minimum 55 per cent or 6.0 CGPA at the master’s level. University will allot a supervisor to the candidates. They can also choose an additional supervisor from their organisation.
The Industrial Ph. D can be done in civil engineering, electrical and electronics engineering, mechanical engineering, electronics and communication engineering, computer science and engineering, chemical engineering, physics, chemistry, mathematics, management, biotechnology, pharmaceutical sciences and food technology.
The Ph. D can be done with all departments of JNTUA, its constituent units and 14 recognised research centres identified by the university.
