Hyderabad: General Manager of South Western Railway (SWR), Sanjeev Kishore, on Saturday assumed charge as the in-charge General Manager of South Central Railway (SCR).

According to a SCR press release, he has worked in various capacities while serving in North Eastern Railway, Rail Coach Factory, Kapurthala, Central Railway, RITES, COFMOW, Centre for Railway Information Systems, Railway Board, and Rail Wheel Factory, Yelahanka. Kisore received training in advanced strategic management at Carnegie Mellon University, USA, and executive leadership program at SDA Bocconi in Italy. He has published several research papers.
