Kakinada: A group clash erupted between members of the Kakinada Lorry Owners Association on Thursday.
Recently, N.S. Raju had been declared as the association’s president. Some followers of association’s former president B. Nagaraju questioned Raju when the association met on the day.
Members of the Raju group said the matter could be discussed after the scheduled press conference. This was not agreeable by the Nagaraju group.
This difference of opinion led to clashes between the two groups in the presence of media persons.
Other members of the association intervened and separated the two groups before the matter could worsen.
