CBI officials grill Avinash for seven hours
HYDERABAD: Following court directions, Kadapa YSRC MP Y.S. Avinash Reddy on Saturday appeared before the CBI at its Koti office in connection with the Y.S. Vivekananda Reddy murder case.
A team of officials grilled the Kadapa MP for seven hours after Avinash Reddy along with his advocates arrived at the office around 10.30 am. The CBI officials questioned his alleged call data and WhatsApp details.
Recently, the Telangana High Court granted anticipatory bail to Avinash Reddy.
Reportedly, the agency also questioned Jagadish Reddy, brother of one of the accused Umashankar Reddy, in connection with the murder case.
