Hyderabad: A two-judge bench of Telangana High Court, comprising Chief Justice Ujjal Bhuyan and Justice C. V. Bhaskar Reddy, heard the matter relating to encroachments of Raviryala Pedda Cheruvu by several realtors.
The bench was dealing with a PIL filed by E. Anjaiah Goud and others, who sought a consequential directions to fix the full tank level limits of the cheruvu and remove all the encroachments there. The authorities sought two weeks’ time to respond. Granting time, the bench adjourned the matter to December 2.
