Vijayawada: Flexis and banners have been erected across AP, congratulating TPCC chief A. Revanth Reddy for the mega win of the Congress in the Telangana state elections.
These were set up in the busy and prime centres of Benz Circle in Vijayawada city, Enikepadu and on the way to chief minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s house at Tadepalli on Monday.
The banners with two photos of Revanth Reddy and one photo of Koneru Rahul Chowdary without any details congratulated Revanth Reddy for winning the TS elections and becoming Telangana’s next chief minister. Rahul Chowdary, in the banner, claimed to be “younger brother” and addressed Revanth Reddy as “elder brother.”
The banners turned everyone’s heads and many suspected that Telugu Desam supporters might have erected these as TD cadres “fully cooperated” with Revanth Reddy in the Telangana elections.
