SC will hear plea to replace petitioners in three-capital case on May 9
VIJAYAWADA: The Supreme Court will take up the hearing of petitions, in the three capitals case, about the substitution of petitioners who died during the proceedings on May 9.
Farmers approached the top court to take the place of their counterparts who died. A three-member bench, headed by Justice K.M. Joseph, will hear the batch of petitions by the farmers from the state capital of Amaravati on the three capitals issue on July 11, as scheduled.
