Hyderabad: Vasavi Group said on Monday that it was had embarked on another venture: Vasavi Sarovar, a lake-view community on 21.48 acres in the heart of Hitec City. It said the new venture with 11 towers offered more than 100 amenities. With a total of 2,530 units, it would have 85 sky villas and 74 apartment villas.
The project was unveiled by Yerram Vijay Kumar, CMD of Vasavi Group, and badminton champ Saina Nehwal.
Vasavi Sarovar will have three clubhouses, spanning 96,660 sq ft, offering recreational and sporting facilities, the statement said. It will have facilities such as jogging tracks, sports courts, and creative spaces, said the firm which has a portfolio of 30 residential and 17 commercial projects.
Mr Vijay Kumar along with group directors Abhishek Chanda and Sowmya Chanda highlighted environmental friendliness of Vasavi Sarovar which would be located in front of Chinna Maissama Cheruvu.
Mr Abhishek Chanda described Vasavi Sarovar as an ultra-spacious high-rise complex with luxurious designs, top-notch amenities, and meticulous planning.
