Vijayawada: The Andhra Pradesh High Court on Wednesday deferred hearing on former minister P. Narayana’s plea against AP-CID’s notice served under Section 41-A of CrPC in connection with irregularities in alignment of Amaravati Inner Ring Road, to October 6.
Narayana, the second accused in the case, had moved the court with a plea to direct the AP-CID to conduct inquiry at his home as he was aged, quoting an earlier judgment issued by the Supreme Court.
However, as the judge recused himself from hearing the case, the court deferred the hearing to October 6.
