Madurai: At least 10 were killed and around 25 were injured in a collision between a state bus and truck in Tamil Nadu's Madurai district on Saturday.
The Tamil Nadu state transport bus was travelling to Kumily in Kerala from Tirunelveli when it collided with the cement lorry.
According to the police, the lorry driver lost control causing the catastrophic accident.
The injured have been admitted to the government Rajaji hospital in Madurai and the government hospital in Tirumangalam for immediate treatment.
