HYDERABAD: Union minister for tourism G. Kishan Reddy said that sports events are being conducted in all Parliamentary constituencies across the country as part of Azadi ka Amritotsav.
Towards this, Reddy released the poster of ‘Khelo Telangana-Jitho Telangana’ here on Sunday.
Speaking on the occasion, he said that a sports event is planned in the Secunderabad Parliamentary constituency from February 21 to 23. Youth, journalists and BJP activists can participate in the sports meet, he said.
Competitions will be held in cricket, kho-kho, kabaddi, volleyball and athletics. ‘We will give training to talents endowed with the potential to make an international mark’, he said.
