Hyderabad: The Telangana High Court on Tuesday directed the Rajanna Sircilla district collector, panchayat officer and irrigation department to take action against illegal encroachments and constructions over the irrigation canal land and road margins of Mustafanagar village of Gambhirraopet mandal.
The High Court was dealing with a PIL complaining of inaction of the officials to a representation by locals to take action on the illegal encroachments and constructions.
