Hyderabad: Justice B Vijaysen Reddy directed the revenue department to get instructions in a writ petition challenging the non-consideration of representations for removing encroachments in a private land parcel in Bhadradri Kothagudem district.
Petitioner Banoth Lakpathi said that his house site land was encroached by a private party. He said the revenue authorities ignored his complaint. The court while expressing the prima facie view that the revenue authorities cannot come to rescue the petitioner in a private dispute, directed the authorities to get instructions.
