Hyderabad: The GHMC’s standing committee, chaired by Mayor Gadwal Vijayalakshmi, approved six infrastructure works, including road widening, sewage diversion and beautification, in a meeting on Wednesday.
With the approvals, land compensation will be given to a landowner in Rajendranagar for a Bathukamma platform, sewer lines will be diverted from Meedikunta in Hafeezpet and Pedda Cheruvu in Khajaguda, 10 properties will be acquired for widening Gopanpally-Osmansagar road, and beautification-cum-rejuvenation of Maddela Kunta and Bairamalguda.
GHMC commissioner Lokesh Kumar and other senior officials took part in the meeting.
