CEO Vikas Raj responds on BJP's complaint

In the complaint, Venkata Ramana claimed at around 23 lakh votes were wrongly mentioned, especially Rangareddy, Medchal, Hyderabad districts

Hyderabad: Following the BJP state Election Commission affairs committee member Ponna Venkat Ramana's complaint that the Election Commission had not taken the cognisance the requests of voters with regard to their details, Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Vikas Raj said the officials had collected entries of Form 6 and Form 8 from voters in the GHMC area.

In the complaint, Venkata Ramana said that voters had sought changes after examining the draft voter rolls of July and August. These requests had not been addressed. He also claimed at around 23 lakh votes were wrongly mentioned, especially Rangareddy, Medchal and Hyderabad districts.
