AP HC directs police to follow SC guidelines in case of arrest of MP Raghu Rama

Vijayawada: The Andhra Pradesh High Court has directed the police to follow the Supreme Court guidelines issued in the case of Arnesh Kumar in the event of any need to arrest Narasapuram MP K. Raghu Rama Krishna Raju during his visit to his home Parliamentary constituency for Sankranti festival.

A single judge bench headed by Justice B.S. Bhanumathi held a hearing on the petition here on Friday on a petition filed by the MP seeking direction to the police to comply with the norms in case of any need to arrest him and raised apprehensions that he might be implicated in false cases and would be arrested.
