Hyderabad: DGP Anjani Kumar briefed trainee IPS officers at a workshop at the police headquarters in Lakdikapul here on Tuesday.
The trainees have completed their course at the National Police Academy on the city outskirts on February 10 and reported to their state cadre on March 5 for 29 weeks of district practical training (DPT). Currently in the third stage of training, they have been given independent charge of police stations as station house officers.
Ankit Kumar Sankhwar is posted to Elkathurthy, Avinash Kumar to Madira Town; Gite Mahesh Babasaheb (Maharashtra) to Choppadandi; Sheshadrini Reddy Suruconti to Kondamallepally and Shivam Upadhyaya to the Bommalaramaram police station.
Present in the workshop were senior officers Shikha Goel, Vijay Kumar, Abhilasha Bisht, Shanawaz Qasim, Dr Tarun Joshi, M. Ramesh and Sanpreet Singh.
