Hyderabad: The Telangana High Court took up yet another letter by activist Dr Lubna Sarwath on lakes. A division bench of Chief Justice Ujjal Bhuyan and Justice Bhasker Reddy treated her questioning the laying of the road in the full tank level (FTL) limits of the Khajaguda lake.
Dr Sarwath pointed out that consequent upon a lake protection committee constituted in 2014, 38 acres had been demarked as the area of the Khajaguda lake. She pointed out that the lake area had been reduced by an acre.
