Nizamabad has become haven for terrorists: Dharmapuri Arvind
HYDERABAD: BJP Lok Sabha member Dharmapuri Arvind alleged that TRS and MIM legislators have played a major role in the issue of illegal passports to Rohingya in Bodhan town. Stating that he had raised this issue in Parliament, Arvind said that the illegal passports case should be handed over to National Investigation Agency (NIA).
Speaking to reporters in Nizamabad on Wednesday, Arvind said that he complained about the illegal passports issue to the Union home minister Amit Shah and DGP M. Mahender Reddy. Nizamabad district has become a den for terrorist activities. Many Popular Front of India (PFI) activists were arrested in the town, he said.
The BJP leader said that people of Nizamabad district felt “hurt” that former MP Kalvkuntla Kavitha had not invited them for the launch of Bharat Rashtra Samiti.
On the Munugode by-election, Arvind said that BJP candidate Komatireddy Rajgopal Reddy is bound to win. He ruled out the possibility of midterm elections in the state.
