VISHAKHAPATNAM: Two teenagers drowned in sea on Saturday near the Gangalamma Temple within One Town police station limits of Visakhapatnam.
Police have identified the deceased as Dalai Ishant (14) and his friend P.S. Shyam Kumar. The two youngsters had gone to the beach for a swim. However, they got caught in a strong current, which took them deep inside the sea.
Police said Ishant died within the sea, while Kumar lost life while availing treatment at a hospital.
