Vijayawada: AP Planning Board vice chairman and YSR Congress MLA Malladi Vishnu said a help desk has been started for people to take care of their health under Jagananna Arogya Suraksha from September 15.
People can call the help desk number 76278 48484 for any information regarding their health.
The MLA said from September 15, volunteers will visit all families under their jurisdiction and identify those with health problems. They will inform ANMs and cluster health officers, who will go to houses of the respective people and conduct necessary medical tests from September 30 to October 30. Medical camps will also be organised and patients treated during the period, he stated.
Vishnu said that super specialty doctors will also be available at the health camps. He said 14 types of tests and 105 types of medicines will be available to patients.
The MLA said those who have not received Aarogya Aasara amounts can apply afresh. Previously unresolved grievances can also be put up for re-examination, he added.
