Visakhapatnam: The Parliamentary standing committee of petroleum and natural gas will visit Visakhapatnam on January 15 and hold a discussion with representatives of the ministry of petroleum and natural gas, said Vizag collector Dr A. Mallikharjuna.
A total of 31 MPs, 21 from Lok Sabha and 10 from Rajya Sabha, will visit Vizag on behalf of the committee chaired by Ramesh Bidhuri. On January 16 and 17, the committee members will meet representatives of the ministry and representatives of Engineering India Limited to review the relevant issues.
The officials have received special orders to make relevant arrangements.
