27 People Injured in Fire Mishaps in AP, Telangana
Visakhapatnam/Hyderabad: Fire mishaps at several places in the Telugu states led to loss of property worth lakhs of rupees.
In Visakhapatnam, fire borke out at Indus Hospital located at the busy Jagadamba Junction this morning. The in-patients in the hospital were shifted to nearby hospitals.
No casualties or injuries were reported. Initial investigation into the mishap indicated a possible short circuit.

Major Fire broke out at Vizag’s Indus Hospital- in patients and staff suffer burns. The fire occurred on the 1st and 2nd floor.

According to reports, fire is suspected to have broke out in one of operation theatres and spread to other areas in the second floor of the hospital. Thick smog engulfed the building and surroundings.
Police and fire service personnel were pressed into service to douse the flames and take up necessary action.
In Hyderabad, around 15 workers were injured in a fire mishap at the famous Karachi Bakery godown today.
Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy expressed shock over the incident and asked the officials to provide necessary medical treatment to all the injured.
Most of the injured workers are from Uttar Pradesh. Reportedly, eight of the injured were shifted to Kanchanbagh DRDO Apollo Hospital.
In yet another incident, 12 people were injured in fire due to domestic gas pipeline leak in the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport police station limits in Rangareddy district, Telangana.
