HYDERABAD: Prime Minister Narendra Modi was all praise for South Central Railways (SCR) for setting an all-time record with an overwhelming Rs 11,000 crore collection in freight earnings as on February 10, for the Financial year 2022-23. It was Rs 10,995 crore in the previous fiscal.
Modi’s appreciation came from the PMO’s tweet handle on Wednesday “Good trend. Augurs well for the economic growth as well (sic)”.
SCR general manager Arun Kumar Jain while thanking the Prime Minister, greeted the staff for their dedication and diligence towards achieving the mark.
