Hyderabad: The traffic police is likely to impose diversions from 8 am to 10 pm every day, from November 16 to 20, in view of the preparations for the Formula-E race at NTR Marg. The race, to be held in February next, will commence from Imax (PVNR Marg) rotary, proceed to Telugu Talli junction, Secretariat, NTR Garden and Mint Compound and culminate at the IMAX rotary.
NTR Garden, NTR Ghat, PVNR Marg and Lumbini Park would be closed from November 18 to 20.
As traffic congestion is expected at VV Statue (Khairatabad) junction, Old Saifabad PS junction, Ravindra Bharathi junction, Mint Compound road, Telugu Talli junction, Necklace rotary, Nallagutta Junction, Katta Maisamma (Lower Tank Bund) and Tank Bund, police advised commuters to avoid those stretches.
Traffic police also informed that traffic will be diverted on a need basis at Khairatabad, Budda Bhavan, Rasoolpura, Minister Road, Iqbal Minar Junction, BRKR Bhavan, Khairatabad Bada Ganesh lane.
RTC Buses coming from Afzalgunj towards Secunderabad shall avoid the Tank Bund and take Telugu Talli flyover and travel via Kavadiguda.
