Khammam: Income Tax authorities have raided three private hospitals located on the Wyra Road in Khammam – Sriram Kidney Centre, Rohith Test Tube Baby Centre and Belief.
Sources disclosed that IT authorities found that the hospital managements had been creating two bills on various patients’ names to evade income tax. They also found discrepancies in GST payments made by the pharmacies located in the hospital.
One of the persons involved in the raid said: “We found that hospital managements are doing finance business with the money generated from these hospitals.”
