BJP asks Government Not to Let Foreigners do Religious Propaganda
Kakinada: Bharatiya Janata Party has demanded that state government not allow foreigners, who come to India, including Kakinada, on tourist visas and do religious propaganda.
BJP Kakinada district president Ch. Ramkumar, city convener G. Ch. Satyanarayana and other leaders met Kakinada district superintendent of police S. Satish Kumar and submitted a memorandum to him.
They said people from different countries visit India during Christmas season and BJP welcomes them wholeheartedly. They can visit various cultural and heritage places. However, some of these foreigners participate in religious propaganda.
The BJP leaders said such activities should not be allowed, as the foreigners not only spew venom against other religions, especially Hinduism, but also promote religious conversions by luring people
They said BJP will never tolerate such unlawful acts and activities. They requested police officials to take action against such foreigners.
