HYDERABAD: Dasari Balaiah, Regional Passport Officer, Hyderabad, called on former foreign secretary Nirupama Rao, during her visit to Hyderabad on Wednesday. Also present were former RBI governor Duvvuri Subba Rao, Syed Akbaruddin, former Permanent Representative of India to the United Nations, and Jeev Sagar, former ambassador to Kuwait.
