KAKINADA: Endowments minister Kottu Satyanarayana on Thursday handed over cheques of ₹10 lakh each to family members of the three people who died in a cracker blast at Kadiyadda village in Devarapalli mandal.
Speaking on the occasion, Satyanarayana recalled the blast in the cracker unit on November 10, causing the death of three workers. He said he had requested Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy for the ex-gratia and the CM forthwith announced ₹10 lakh as ex-gratia.
