Visakhapatnam: YSRC MLC Varadu Kalyani asserted that the YSRC social empowerment bus yatra has been a huge success.
“CM Jagan’s photo is a big asset. The credit for the successful yatra goes to the photo,” she declared at her press conference on Saturday.
The MLC went on to describe that bus yatra as the Jaitra Yatra of BCs, SCs, STs and minorities.
She maintained that TD is now talking of Akhila Paksham of Telugu Desam, Jana Sena, BJP and other parties, as TD has lost considerable ground. “It does not even have candidates to contest from all the 175 seats. That is why it is seeking help from other parties,” she remarked.
Kalyani contended that TD senior leader Achchennaidu has no right to talk about backward classes. “Where were you when Chandrababu threatened BCs? Has your party sent any BC to the Rajya Sabha,” she asked.
The MLC underlined that YSRC has 11 BC MLAs.
