JNTU Hyderabad to begin online classes for BTech/BPharm students from Aug 24

The Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad will commence online classes for BTech/BPharmacy second, third and fourth year students from August 24, as per the latest academic calendar released by the University on Friday. The classes will be initially held in the online mode for 2 to 3 hours per day, and based on situation, classes may be conducted for 4 to 5 hours in blended mode, following the prescribed guidelines for COVID-19.

First mid term exams for the first semester will be conducted from October 26 to October 31, whereas second mid term exams will begin from December 28 to January 2, 2021. End term exams for first semester will be held from January 11 to January 23, 2021.

For the second semester, classwork will commence from January 25, 2021 and first mid-term exams will begin in March, 2021. The semester will come to an end after the end term exams from May 7 to June 19, 2021. The University said that all laboratory courses will be conducted once normalcy is restored.
