Vijayawada: YSR University of Health Sciences has issued a notification inviting applications for admission into post graduate medical degree and diploma courses under competent quota seats for academic year 2023–24.
Applications may be submitted up to 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 23.
In view of revised cut-off scores of NEET PG–2023 after lowering of qualifying percentiles by the National Board of Examinations, New Delhi, the health university has issued a notice dated 20-09-2023, inviting online applications from eligible in-service and non-service candidates for admission into vacant / unfilled seats of PG medical degree / diploma courses under competent authority quota seats in government and private unaided non-minority and minority medical colleges in AP, including SVIMS, Tirupati, for the academic year 2023-24.
Candidates who have already submitted online applications for the academic year 2023–24 and whose names are present in competent quota merit lists of both in-service and non-service displayed on university website need not apply again. Other conditions as notified in the earlier notifications / prospectus dated 21-07-2023 remain the same.
Candidates should have secured the cut-off scores in National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) PG–2023 for PG medical degree / diploma courses.
In general category, minimum qualifying criteria, as per NBE, is zero percentile. For SC / ST / BC-Accordingly, B, C, D, and E; SC-PwBD / ST-PwBD / BC-A, B, C, D, E-PwBD, it is zero percentile. For UR-PwBD also, it is zero percentile.
The university is also inviting applications for admission into PG medical management quota seats in private non-minority and minority medical colleges in AP for 2023-24.
Online applications are available on the website ‘https://pgmq.ysruhs.com’ from 9:00 p.m. of September 20 to 9:00 p.m. of September 23.
