Hyderabad: Dubbak former BJP legislator M. Raghunandan Rao urged Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan to investigate the alleged illegal appointment of Bakki Venkataiah as SC, ST Commission chairman. He was appointed on September 23, and took charge on October 10, the day the Assembly elections was announced. He subsequently took part in the election campaign for the BRS, violating the Election Commission's code of conduct.
