HYDERABAD: The Vasavi Group on Monday launched a gated community project — Ananda Nilayam — located opposite the LB Nagar Metro Station. The project will comprise 11 towers, with 33 floors each, company officials said.
Tollywood actors Sreeleela, Anupama Parameswaran and Siddu Jonnalagada of DJ Tillu fame attended the launch event on the day.
Spanning 8.5 million square feet, the venture will host 3,576 apartments of 2-4 BHK and sky villas, besides other amenities like a children’s play area, badminton, basketball and cricket arenas, state-of-the-art gym and swimming pools according to a company statement.
Two public clubhouses, spread across 1,31,385 sq ft, will house banquet halls, recreational facilities, gaming arenas, mini theatres, salons, yoga, aerobic rooms and meeting rooms.
A meadow, with a 72 per cent open area, is planned around the residential community with flora planned. It is conveniently located near D-Mart, educational institutions, hospitals and hotels, the statement said.
The Vasavi Group started accepting bookings for the new development and is providing a pre-inaugural price of Rs 6,799 per sq ft for the first 100 customers.
Vasavi Group CMD Vijay Kumar Yerram said, “Ananda Nilayam is the largest gated community in South India, and is located right in front of LB Nagar Metro Station, which makes it more convenient and accessible to the public from various locations of Hyderabad.”
Directors of Vasavi Group, Abhishek Chanda and Soumya Chanda, said, “Ananda Nilayam features over 100 amenities and has the tallest towers of LB Nagar area.”
