VIJAYAWADA: Andhra Pradesh State Balala Hakkula Parirakshana Commission chairman K. Appa Rao expressed displeasure over the poor maintenance of Bala Sadan during his visit along with other members here on Saturday.
He said that the Sadan which was accommodating the girls, lacked an adequate number of staff members and no proper maintenance of records and cleanliness in the rooms.
