Ganta says Jagan shifting to Vizag to divert people's attention

Visakhapatnam: Visakhapatnam North MLA and former minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao on Saturday described the slogan “Administration from Visakha starting Dasara onwards” as a political stunt meant to divert people's attention.

“After shifting to Vizag, what will Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy do for Visakhapatnam during the remaining 100 days of his rule,” Ganta asked. He underlined that the port city is already facing several issues. “Once Jagan comes, they will get worse,” he warned.

Speaking to media at the district TDP office, the former minister maintained that Jagan had been arrested after an investigation but Chandrababu’s arrest is in contrast to that. Nine IAS officers have worked for the skill development project. Without questioning even one of these officials, it is outrageous to directly file a case against Chandrababu and arrest him,” he observed.

Ganta described Jagan Mohan Reddy as the biggest criminal in the country who has been out on bail for past 10 years. He maintained that Telugu people all over the world are reacting to Chandrababu's illegal arrest.

Former MLA and TD district president Palla Srinivasa Rao, state TD general secretary Md. Nazir, Chikkala Vijay Babu, Rajana Ramesh and Bogi Ramana were among those present at the press conference.
