CM announces schedule for fund release for various welfare schemes
VIJAYAWADA: Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy announced on Friday that the YSRC government would increase the social security pension in January 2024 to Rs 3,000 per month. The Rythu Bharosa, Aasara, Jagananna Thodu and Law Nestham funds would be released in January.
Releasing the welfare calendar for FY 2023-24 in the state Assembly, the Chief Minister said the YSR Congress government was committed to welfare and development of AP.
The Chief Minister said the YSR Aasara, YSR EBC Nestham and Jagananna Vasathi Deevena funds would be released in April, the YSR Rythu Bharosa, Vidya Deevena, Free Crop Insurance, Kalyanamasthur and Matsyakara Bharosa in May, the Vidya Kanuka, Amma Vodi and Law Nestham in June, the Videshi Vidya Deevena, Nethanna Nestham, MSME incentives, Jagananna Thodu, Sunna Vaddi and Kalyanamasthu (second phase) in July and the Vidya Deevena (second instalment) Kapu Nestham and Vahana Mitra in August.
He said the YSR Cheyuta funds will be released in September, the Rythu Bharosa and Vasathi Deevena in October, the Sunna Vaddi-Panta Runalu, Kalyanamasthu (third) and Vidya Deevena (third instalment) in November, and the Videshi Vidya Deevena (second) and Jagananna Chedodu in December.
The fourth installment of the Vidya Deevena and Kalyana Masthu ad EBC Nestham will be released in February 2024 and the second installment of Vasathi Deevena and MSME incentives would be released in March 2024.
