Srisailam Temple gets ISO certification
KURNOOL: Srisailam Devasthanam in Nandyal district has secured the prestigious ISO 9001 certification.
The world-famous temple bagged recognition after it toned up its facilities in seven areas including quality management, environmental protection, occupational health and safety measures, food safety management, information security network, energy management, and good hygiene.
A team from ISO, led by HYM managing director Alapati Sivaiah visited the temple to present the certification to Deputy Chief Minister Kottu Satyanarayana, who holds the charge of endowments portfolio.
The Deputy CM congratulated Srisailam Temple authorities and staff members for their outstanding efforts in earning the prestigious certification, which reflects their commitment to maintaining standards across various domains of temple management.
Srisailam Temple executive officer S. Lavanna was present on the occasion.
