The Kerala Administrative Service (KAS) examination was conducted in most transparent and error-free manner and the allegations against the exam are part of the deliberate attempts to defame Kerala public Service Commission, said PSC chairman M.K Sakeer.
The questions of the KAS examination and the guides are prepared by academic experts. Hence, similarities can happen. And there is no condition that questions asked in other examinations should not be included in PSC tests.
The PSC chairman termed allegations of Congress leader P.T Thomas MLA that six questions of the KAS exam have been copied from the Pakistan civil service exam baseless. “Such allegations will weaken the credibility of PSC. Questions are prepared by experts and the Commission never used to interfere in it. If candidates have complaints, they can submit it with the Commission. No complaint has been received so far,” he added.
A total of 3.40 lakh candidates appeared for KAS examination.
