HYDERABAD: The last date to deposit the first instalment of the fee by provisionally selected pilgrims of Haj 2023 has been extended to April 28. The pilgrims may make the payment on the website www.hajcommittee.gov.in, via State Bank of India or Union Bank of India, by using the unique bank reference number in the specified pay-in-slip on the website.
Telangana State Haj Committee chairman Md Saleem and executive officer B. Shafiullah said the second installment of fee payment will be determined, taking into consideration the final airfare and expenses to be incurred in Saudi Arabia, and the same will be intimated shortly. Haj pilgrims must pay the first instalment of Rs 1.7 lahks before the last date, they said in a joint statement.
