Kakinada: Central government has given a green signal to six flyover bridges in Rajamahendravaram city, said MP M. Bharat Ram.
The new flyovers will come up at Vemagiri, Bommuru, Lalacheruvu, Diwancheruvu, ONGC and Rajanagaram Gaman bridge junctions
The Rajamahendravaram MP maintained that foundation stones for these flyovers will be laid in the coming two months. He said works on the new flyovers will be expedited and completed along with the ongoing Morampudi flyover bridge.
Bharat Ram said railway officials have completed the survey for an over bridge at Annapurnammapeta railway gate. A service road will be developed from Rajanagaram to Kadiyapulanka. He pointed out that ₹50 lakh have been sanctioned for the purpose.
