Kurnool: The district education officer in Kurnool has issued show cause notices to 486 headmasters employed in government schools within the district for alleged negligence of duty, primarily concerning the proper management of bills related to school affairs.
The negligence is related to the Jagananna Gorumudda scheme, which mandates the confirmation of bills for the month of August as a part of its implementation. Despite prior warnings from district education authorities, the headmasters are accused of failing to carry out their responsibilities, resulting in the issuance of the show cause notices.
