HYDERABAD: A 35-year-old homemaker, Parveen Begum, who was going to Alfalah School in Balapur to give her nine-year-old son Mohammed Wazeer his tiffin box, was killed in a hit-and-run case in Wadi-e-Habeeb Monday morning.
She and her sister Zareen were walking alongside the highway at 8 am when a speeding vehicle (TS07UG1291) hit Parveen and drove away.
Zareen later told the police that the trolley was at a very high speed and Parveen died on the spot.
