VIJAYAWADA: Andhra Pradesh State FiberNet Limited chairman Punuru Gowtham Reddy on Wednesday said a state of late chief minister Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy will be unveiled on the occasion of his 14th death anniversary on Saturday on the Bus Rapid Transit System (BRTS) Road at Satyanarayanapuram in Vijayawada.
Ahead of the unveiling, Gowtham Reddy inaugurated a blood donation camp organised by AP FiberNet on Wednesday in cooperation with the Indian Red Cross Society for helping children suffering from thalassemia.
Speaking on the occasion, he recalled that the former CM had given top priority to uplift poor, middle-class, and weaker sections, besides education, health and welfare sectors.
The FiberNet chairman said YSR’s son Jagan Mohan Reddy is implementing many welfare schemes as part of Navaratnalu, as envisaged by the late CM.
He expressed his happiness over the good response from people for the blood donation camp.
