Kingmaker in the making'
Chennai: As the hours ticked by bringing the year 2017 to an end, actor Rajnikanth did make people of all sections to talk about him on a Sunday.
Though diverse views emerged towards the end of the day, Chennai’s renowned astrologer Shelvi who predicted the ‘superstar’s’ entry into politics in May 14 this year, claims that he will emerge as a kingmaker too, who will frown upon corruption.
“He has a penchant for honest and straightforward persons and his handpicked persons will shine. He will either project himself or promote the right chief ministerial candidate at the time of elections,” the celebrity astrologer Shelvi claimed. Speaking to this correspondent he said Rajini has fair chances of being a “Raja guru.” “There is still time…many decisions will change.. he will become a charismatic leader appreciated by all sections,” he added.
Shelvi also predicted that the actor’s party will be launched with the revenue generated through his films and that the ‘star’ will not obtain the help of any endowments. “Rajinikanth will prove himself to be an action hero in real life too…. Rajini has been keeping his plans under wraps due to his Sani Dasa period, which is coming to an end. The coming years augur well for his entry into politics. Henceforth, we will see him translating his words into deeds,” Shelvi had predicted.
Earlier this year, in a meet-and-greet function with his fans that he had organised after a gap of eight years, Rajini had said, “God decides what we have to do in life. Right now, he wants me to be an actor and I’m fulfilling my responsibility. If God wills, I will enter politics tomorrow.” He assured his fans that if he did enter politics, he will be truthful and will not shake hands with people who are in politics for money.
So, it appears finally what has been ordained has happened in the case of Rajini who always says: “God decides what I shall do tomorrow.”
