Kurnool: Former minister M. Mareppa returned to the Congress during a meeting in Vijayawada on Monday. He has previously switched between different parties, including the YSRC and BJP.
However, he has now returned to the Congress, the party he represented when he won elections in 1999 and 2009 and served as marketing minister in Dr Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy's cabinet.
