Chandrababu to review Bhavisyathu scheme in Kakinada today

Naidu will review the process of implementing the Bhavisyathu Guarantee Hami Patram with constituency in-charges, MLAs and other leaders

Kakinada: Telugu Desam national president and former chief minister N. Chandrababu Naidu will be in Kakinada on Saturday to review the recently announced Bhavisyathu Guarantee Hami Patram in 36 assembly constituencies under five Lok Sabha constituencies of erstwhile East and West Godavari districts.

He will review the process of implementing the programme with constituency in-charges, MLAs and mandal and city presidents. About 70 leaders per constituency will attend the meeting being held near the Andhra University MSN PG College on ADB Road.

The former CM said a cluster of about 45 houses will be formed and two TD volunteers will identify beneficiaries under the Bhavisyathu Guarantee Hami Patram and report to the cluster leader.

Each beneficiary family will receive ₹1.25 lakh per annum. “A plan of action has been drafted to fulfil the new scheme once TD wins the upcoming elections,” said former minister Bandaru Satyanarayana Murthy and Prathipati Pulla Rao at a press conference here on Friday.

They said TD party high command will draft its complete manifesto by Vijaya Dashami. Beneficiaries will be identified for the Super Six schemes, including Mahila Shakthi, within 45 days.

The TD leaders said YSRC, which bagged 151 seats in the last assembly elections, is losing its ground, as people have lost trust in it. They maintained that both late chief minister Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy and the present CM Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy have copied the TD schemes.

Satyanarayana Murthy and Pulla Rao condemned the arrest of the former minister Chintakayala Ayyanna Patrudu.

TD Kakinada district president Jyothula Naveen Kumar, former MLAs Vanamadi Venkateswara Rao, Chelli Vivekananda, former Kakinada mayor Sunkara Pavani, and former Peddapuram municipal chairperson Raja Suribabu Raju were present at the press conference.
